This Knowing Him page is a place to discover how others have come to know the Lord better through diligent study of his word, genuine creative expression, and personal witness. It is also a place to connect with others in our pedestrian Christian walk as we all travel together along the same Emmaus highway (Luke 24:13-35) discovering the presence of the Lord in our lives when we least expect it.
The focus from the pulpit of Christ Church is that we should worship the Lord on Sundays, then do our best to live out the lessons of the message delivered in our everyday relationships and actions. Learning to receive the blessings we are given is one of the lessons repeated here, as well as learning to listen to God through his word and the lives of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
